Full bodied English IPA, dry hopped for floral aromas and notes of citrus and pine.

• Raspberry Blonde (5.7% ABV, 18 IBU)

Our Kayak Beach Blonde with raspberry puree. Slightly tart, ruby red, bursting with raspberry flavor, brewed to reduce gluten.

• Wild Honey Saison (6% ABV, 26 IBU)

Notes of lemon and orange from local spruce tips and a light sweetness from Alaskan Fireweed honey blend with the traditional Saison spice of coriander.

• 2024 Redoubt Barley Wine (13% ABV, 62 IBU)

Notes of raspberry transition to dates and figs in this deceivingly smooth barley wine.

• Sea Spray IPA (6.7% ABV, 12 IBU)

  Created for the 2025 Kachemak Bay Shorebird Festival this beer has a golden color, a deep haze, and dry finish. Strata hops used at three points in the brewing process and provide notes of strawberries and citrus.

• Black Pepper IPA (7% ABV, 67 IBU)

West Coast style IPA, big notes of grapefruit and bitterness, but transitions to a peppery finish.

• Otter Bay Amber (5.5% ABV, 33 IBU)

German Alt-bier style, this ale is brewed at lower temperatures for a cleaner finish. Amber in color, notes of caramel.

• Pineapple Seltzer (4.5% ABV, 0 IBU)

Lightly sweetened, subtle pineapple flavor (GF).
